Stephanie’s extensive background in skilled nursing facilities has given her a deep understanding of seniors’ unique needs. Memory Care Coordinator
America’s journey at Buda Oaks began in housekeeping, but her passion for senior living quickly led her to the role of Memory Care Coordinator.
“My goal is simple: to know what our residents love doing and adapt those activities so they can continue enjoying them, no matter their abilities,” she explains.
With certifications in dementia and Montessori practices, she adapts activities to residents’ interests and abilities, ensuring they find joy and connection every day.
Kourtnee
Business Office Manager
Kourtnee’s personal experiences with her grandmother’s care drive her commitment to supporting seniors and their families.
Her passion for supporting seniors stems from the experience of her grandmother’s passing. “I want our residents to receive the same level of care and attention she did,” Kourtnee says. She strives to make a positive impact daily, whether through a warm smile or practical assistance.
