Buda Oaks Senior Living is proud to announce that a dedicated group of its staff members, including Susan LaBree (Executive Director), America Garcia (Memory Care Coordinator), Victoria Llanos (Activity Director), Elizabeth Mungia (Med Tech), and Andrea Vasquez (Med Tech), have recently completed the national Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) course.
Becoming a nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner demonstrates a deep understanding of dementia, its various forms, and the best practices for supporting residents living with the condition. The comprehensive CDP course equips caregivers with the knowledge and skills to create a safe, stimulating, and compassionate environment for those they serve.
